KidStart Volunteer Kid Coach!
Being a kid Coach to vulnerable kids age six-years and up doesn’t require special skills, just common sense. By volunteering your time and friendship, you’ll be helping young people grow, thrive and connect with the community they call home.
Who can volunteer?
Our kid Coaches are positive, responsible men and women who come from a variety of backgrounds.
Kid Coaches:
- are 19 years or older
- spend a couple hours each week with a young person for at least one year
- are open and sensitive to cultural diversity
- capable of being a positive role model
- successfully complete all components of the selection process, including a criminal records check
